Three Easy Steps to Become a CW Consignor
1. Read and Follow Consignment Guidelines
Due to COVID-19 and MA Reopening Regulations, our hours and consigning days and times have changed, as have our consignment guidelines.
We are currently accepting consignments in both stores every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, from 10-3:30, OR capacity limit.
Current Capacity Limit for Harwich is 40 Consignors.
Current Capacity Limit for Brewster is 15 Consignors.
Please call before coming in.
Please note that we do not accept consignments at either location over major holiday weekends.
2. Prepare Clothing and Accessories for Consignment
Due to COVID-19 and MA Reopening Regulations, our hours and consigning days and times have changed, as have our consignment guidelines.
Consigning hours will be 3 days a week with new consigning guidelines. We will have drop-off days for consigning Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 10-3:30, OR capacity limit. Once we reach capacity in the consigning room will be closed for the day. We will be capping off at 40 consignors per consigning day at the Harwich location. Brewster cap will be 15 consignors per consigning day. Please call the store ahead.
We will be looking at your clothing the next day so they can sit for 24hours. (It will be similar to the Brewster drop off days.) New Max of 15 items per drop off, so bring your BEST 15. We need to fit in as many consignors as possible without running out of space.
New Consigning Guidelines for Clothing!
1. Leave your 15 items in your car and enter through the main doors to sign in. Not the consigning room door. If you need to open a NEW consignor account, you MUST do so on a day when the consigning room is staffed.
2. First come first serve. Sign in. Someone will be at the door to greet you. When your name is called come to the interior consigning door to fill out your drop & run slip or drop & return slip.
3. Go to your car and get your 15 items. Still use the main door.
4. Hang your 15 items on the rack outside the interior consigning room door. We will clip and label your 15 items.
5. You are now free to shop or go home. We will look at your clothing the following day and put them out on the floor. If you want your “no thank you’s” back we will call you and let you know we have finished your group. You will have 24-hours from call to pick up your “no thank you’s”. If you choose drop and run your “no thank you’s” will be donated and you will not have to return. Just like drop off days at the Brewster location. Space is limited so we cannot hold onto items long.
We will look at up to 15 items, but a minimum of 10 strong acceptable items are needed to become a NEW CONSIGNOR. Current consignors have no minimums.
Please note that we are closed for consignments at both stores on all major holiday weekends.
All items must follow our preparation guidelines.
